from January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2003. Of these 231 stores, 97 (42.0%)
stores had higher average total revenue, 115 (49.8%) stores had higher
average pre-tax earnings, 118 (51.1%) had higher average pre-tax cash
flow, and 81 (35.1%) had higher average total revenue, average pre-tax
