Today, the OPA! Brand supports a growing chain where beautiful Greek food
plates are prepared in an open ‘up-front’ kitchen. Our guests

red tomatoes and cucumbers, splashes of tangy feta, the sizzling chicken,
pork, or lamb – it’s all there prepared right in front of
your eyes.

Canada and the U.S., OPA! Souvlaki is positioned for aggressive growth;
