First Choice Business Brokers grows to 21 Franchise Units
First FCBB branch offices are established in the states of
Utah and Colorado – Nine FCBB franchise units in California
Zurich/ Las Vegas, March 5th, 2009 – First Choice Business Brokers (FCBB) recently gained three more Franchise Units in the USA. With new branch offices in Denver (Colorado), Salt Lake City (Utah) and Woodland Hills (California) the number of FCBB franchise units rose to 21 in total.
Whereas the offices in Utah and Colorado are the first FCBB Franchise units of the respective state, the number of affiliated franchisees in California constitutes nine yet. “We expect this upward trend to continue and assume an ever increasing number of new franchisees this year”, Jeffrey Nyman, CEO of FCBB, explains and in the light of the financial
crisis implements: “The need for business brokers remains unchanged and is not reliant on a good economic development.” Therefore the FCBB management sees great potential for granting master licenses internationally.
Potential Franchisees have to fulfill different qualifications: The FCBB management sets high value on the candidates’ soft skills such as team spirit and negotiating skills but also emphasizes their professional backgrounds. “As potential FCBB franchisee you don’t have to know everything about business brokerage in detail”, states Jeffrey Nyman. “That’s what we intend to achieve with our training programs. But a general understanding of the business should be available. Our new franchisees Lawrence and Robyn LiCausi for instance have been owning a lending business for the past 15 years. They definitely have the business experience to open up the Denver, Colorado market. They seem confident and poised to apply our proven methods in their licensed territory.”
Breaking into the Salt Lake City, Utah market is Kathryn Zepeda. Jeffrey Nyman feels confident: “With solid business ownership experience Kathryn Zepeda’s agents and clients will gain from her experience as well as the entire FCBB Network. The same is true for Jeoff De Waele and Azad Arazm who are opening a new FCBB branch office in Woodland Hills, California. We are anxious to see these entrepreneurs put thei sales and management skills to work in the business brokerage industry.”
